1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DopeGeo you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use DopeGeo. These terms apply to all players whether or not you have created an account.

2. Who We Are

DopeGeo is operated by ShutUpAndBookIt. The game lives at shutupandbookit.com/dopegeo and is presented at dopegeo.app. You can reach us at dopegeoapp@gmail.com.

3. Eligibility

DopeGeo is intended for users aged 13 and over. By using the service you confirm you are at least 13 years old. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

4. Your Account

You may play DopeGeo without an account. If you sign in with Google you are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate any other person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate scores
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer any part of the game
• Use offensive or hateful names on the leaderboard
• Interfere with the game infrastructure or other players
• Create fake accounts or manipulate leaderboards
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

6. Challenge Links

When you create a challenge you receive a unique shareable link. You are responsible for how you distribute it. DopeGeo is not responsible for disputes between players. Results are final as recorded by the system.

7. Leaderboard and Scores

Scores are recorded automatically. We do not manually adjust them. We reserve the right to remove scores achieved through cheating or exploitation of bugs.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in DopeGeo including the name, logo, game design, questions, graphics, and code is owned by ShutUpAndBookIt and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of DopeGeo without written permission.

9. Brand Challenges

Brand partners confirm that content they provide does not infringe third-party rights. Brand partners retain ownership of their logos and trademarks and grant DopeGeo a limited license to display them during the agreed campaign period.

10. Disclaimers

DopeGeo is provided as is without warranties of any kind. Questions are for entertainment purposes. While we strive for accuracy some answers reflect common knowledge rather than the most technically precise answer in every interpretation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShutUpAndBookIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DopeGeo.

12. Privacy

Your use of DopeGeo is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
